Purchase terms, refunds and seller details

1. What you purchase

ThreadsFlow is a digital product: a seven-day learning plan with 28 written lessons, screenshots, downloadable exercises, examples, bonuses and an automation program. Manual installation instructions and AI-assisted installation materials are included. There is no physical shipment.

The seven days describe the learning plan, not a deadline for completing the course. The course teaches you to prepare content and install and configure the included program for your own Threads account. You perform the setup yourself or with an AI assistant using the instructions.

To run the program, you need your own compatible computer or server and accounts with the services described in the course. Those third-party accounts and services are not supplied by the seller. Their availability and terms are set by their providers. Reach, followers and sales are not guaranteed.

2. Price, payment and order

The package costs $49 as a one-time payment. There is no recurring course subscription.

Enter an email address you can access, then proceed to the payment module. Payment methods offered at checkout may include Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay; availability depends on your device, country and payment provider.

The seller named below offers the product under these terms. By successfully paying for the order, you accept this public offer and conclude the purchase agreement. Keep your payment confirmation and order number. Acceptance does not waive any mandatory consumer rights.

3. Digital delivery and account access

After the payment module confirms a successful payment, the site activates course access and automatically sends an access email to the address entered at checkout. Delivery normally takes a few minutes and must be completed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. There is no delivery charge or courier.

For a new account, follow the email link, set your own password and open your account. An existing buyer can use their existing login. Check your inbox and spam folder. If the message or access is missing, email support with your purchase email and order number so we can restore access or resolve delivery.

The course and downloads are delivered online in Ukraine, the United States, European countries and other countries where the payment provider supports the transaction. No postal address is required for delivery.

4. Refunds and cancellation

You can request a refund if paid access was not provided, the product materially differs from its description or has a substantial defect, or you were charged twice for the same purchase. For a delivery or technical issue, contact support so we can provide access or correct the problem. Refund, price reduction and cancellation rights required by applicable law remain available, including where the problem cannot be remedied or the law permits immediate cancellation.

Send your request to info@threadsflow.net from the purchase email where possible. Include the order number, payment date and a brief description of the problem; attach supporting evidence if available. Never send your password, full card number or CVV. We will check the order and explain the remedy or refund decision.

Refunds are made through the payment provider to the original payment method, in the currency of the original transaction. A refund due under these terms is processed without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of a valid refund request, unless applicable law requires an earlier deadline. Your bank determines when the credit appears. A duplicate payment is refunded separately; the valid purchase remains active.

Before payment, you can cancel by leaving the checkout; an unpaid order does not activate access. After payment, contact support to request cancellation or a refund. When a purchase is refunded in full, access granted by that purchase ends. There is no additional voluntary change-of-mind guarantee; statutory withdrawal and other mandatory rights, where applicable, are not restricted. These terms do not treat payment or opening the course as a waiver of those rights.

5. Use of the course and program

The course materials are supplied for your own learning and use. Do not resell the course, publish its protected materials or share your account with other buyers. You may install and configure the included program for your own projects.

Use only accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for your published content and for following the rules of Threads and any connected services. These terms do not exclude the seller’s liability or your remedies where the law does not allow that exclusion.

6. Purchase information and support

We use your email and order information to provide your account, deliver the purchase, send access and password-recovery messages, and handle support and refunds. Payment is handled by the payment module, and account emails are delivered through Resend. We do not collect your full card details through our website.

Contact support at info@threadsflow.net for access, payment or product issues. Ukrainian law applies to the agreement, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country. The version of these terms in force when you paid applies to your purchase; later edits do not retrospectively change that order.
